I have used Duane Blanton plumbing for several years now. Recently their plumber Earl Waight came to our house to replace our water heaters. Earl was extremely professional, personable and did an outstanding job. Every tech that has serviced our plumbing needs has been superb!

I would like to thank Blanton Plumbing for replacing the sewer line at my house in Des Plaines, IL. On the initial visit Rick consulted with the office and tried to save me time and money on the job by offering to root the line and clean it but the clay tile had collapsed and a larger job was required. I had several questions and ideas which I ran by Ed who was very knowledgeable and provided excellent suggestions and advice especially on how to flood the dirt pile after the work was complete. Great ! I got an amazing technician out the very next day after I called. He figured out the problem immediately, gave me detailed explanation of any costs and hypothetical situations, and was able to fix the problem for the minimum cost and time. He was extremely professional and friendly, had clear communication, and I could not have asked for a better experience. Google search said these guys were in my town - which is not accurate - but they came all the way out to see me anyway, so I am thrilled!

Had a few items to address as part of the sales contract for our home; a minor gas leak in pipes feeding the furnace and removing and capping off an old gas pipe out side. Glynn L. took care of it in short order. Tested everything thoroughly, then left the work area clean, as if he was never there. He was professional, friendly, and polite. I'll be using Duane Blanton for all my future plumbing needs. Thanks.
