I do not remember the name of the younger guy, but the older was Mark, I think. They did a great job! They came fast, evaluated the situation and told me how much they were going to charge me. They were very professional. They did the work fast and carefully. What impressed me most was that Mark charged me $262 instead of $282. I did not have $282 but I had $262, and Mark charged me $262. I had three estimates scheduled to stop a sink leak. Earl came in and i cancelled the rest. He was personable, knowledgeable and frank. Work was done in expeditiously and at a good price. Love them and have several small projects I will re-hire them for. Good to see that there are reputable plumbing services in the area of Waukegan.
Water leaking is definitely stressful (leading to many other repairs). Called Duane Blanton Plumbing early in a.m. (pipes under kitchen sink loosened and wouldn't tighten). SHOCKED Duane Blanton plumbing company said they'd be out here between 8a-10a (He came at 8:30am.). I have used Duane Blanton plumbing for several years now. Recently their plumber Earl Waight came to our house to replace our water heaters. Earl was extremely professional, personable and did an outstanding job. Every tech that has serviced our plumbing needs has been superb!
My plumber, R.B., was a pro because he was efficient, knowledgeable and fast. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of choosing a sump pump over an ejector pump. I was glad with my decision - he also cleaned up after doing the job. And because I was fully satisfied with his work, I asked him about another plumbing problem with a toilet, which he fixed with new parts. Overall, I am happy that I went with Duane Blanton and would recommend this plumber very highly. 5 out of 5! Thanks.
