It took 16 months to complete the job (began March 3, 3014 and finished July 4, 2015)! OMG! It was such a cluster-F that the President, Jim Dutton, insisted on coming to the house to review WTH was going on. Well, we had to pay 50% of the proposed work to be done but the amount of work that actually was done resulted in our having OVER PAID Du-West $500+.
