Don't use Du-West if you want someone who honor's their warranty. Their "Lifetime Warranty" requires all kinds of things to happen perfectly when the home is sold. If not done to their satisfaction, Du-West will void their warranty. They have clearly created a process specifically designed to allow them to void warranties and get that liability off their books. Horrible and warranty disgraceful. My 89 year old mother paid them thousands and it's still not right. But they will make it right for another $15,000
du-west did my a/c and heating i found their work prompt and very good they also did a great job on clean up. would reccomend to anyone
No stars!! Do not use this company! They make you wait and wait while damage is done to your house to come cover WARRANTY work. Then when they finally get there, they pull us your plants and when they are finished, they lay the plant back up against your house a throw some dirt on it...needless to say my plant is dead and the warranty work that they supposedly fixed has completely fell off my slab!!! Do yourself a favor and use someone else!!
