History Established in 1988. My dad, Dick Wild started DT's after more than 30 years experience providing quality appliances to hardworking Wichitans as a manager with OTASCO. Myself & my siblings work everyday to live up the standards he set, standards of quality and customer service that changed the way Wichitans look at used appliances forever.

I had a wonderful experience there getting a new to me refrigerator. Very helpful and knowledgeable
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ When our washer was messed up we went to Dt's outlet and they had the parts we needed. Unfortunately, it was far worse than we thought, so we returned to the store and found a great replacement. They are always friendly and service tech is experienced and very knowledgeable. We would and have recommended them to everyone looking for good refurbished appliances.
5 stars. Local businesses can be a hit or miss. But this place is very strait forward. Great honest people who know how to do their business. All of their furniture and appliances only require a certain amount down and only $30 biweekly. No credit checks. They’re kind and considerate and will help you if there are any dissatisfactions or anything that could go wrong. I’ll be making sure to keep recommending my friends and family.
The lady that works there super nice but washer messing up they forgot about me called back. Guy came to look at it was rude like I told em not all the time. But to send a service guy to represent your company is rude and gets loud. Ill keep it its paid for but 90 day warranty psh whatever. So now have a messed up washer I paid for.
The husband that partially owns this was very generous & showed great customer service skills as well as kindness. However, the wife, (I'm assuming )was extremely rude and I 'd NEVER recommend them on the count of her. I was very polite when dealing with her, yet she was VERY snobbish and even tried to talk over me. No sense of professionalism whatsoever.
Would recommend to anyone!! Easy to work with and always welcoming! Support family owned businesses!
