Because the management team doesn’t know how to handle complaints... guess they never heard the customer is always right!!!! It was over cooked!!!! Instead of handling the problem like Good business people they like to tell the customer that is spending their money their wrong... the woman owner wife whatever you are you are very rude .... if you did again with love you wouldn’t have let it get this far...
