I was super excited to come here for my 25th birthday. I had a dinner that evening and thought I would get my hair did up nice for a great evening. The first lady that did my hair looked like she did not want to be there whatsoever. The hair wash took less than five minutes And I tried to make small talk and I got nothing. The stylists were not very friendly at all, I tried to make small talk and be friendly and they would barely acknowledge me. The curls were ok, I asked for loose long curls and they were tighter than I would’ve liked, but my hair falls out super easily anyways. The stylist also burned my ear with the iron, so wouldn’t return to this place and would find another salon for a quick style.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! The girl who did my hair was rude, had no idea how to do a blow out and I wasted over 100 dollars on frizzy hair that would have looked better air dryed, she left shampoo in my hair so I had to go home and rewash and restyle it. She was so terrible, clipped the hair clip to my ear lobe and left it there for 20 min wouldn’t listen when I tried to tell her. I booked an appt. a month in advance for a special occasion. When I pulled up, I received a call while in car that they were running 30 minutes behind. I waited the 30 minutes and went in. They then said they would not be able to see me for another 15 minutes. So now 45 minutes late. I told them I might just need to leave because it was cutting so close to my event. A very disappointing experience at the Tulsa Drybar location on October 18th. Based on the other reviews, it’s clear this location has issues with management, staff professionalism, and customer service. From the start, I was told my stylist wouldn’t have time to complete the updo I booked, and despite my 10 AM appointment, I wasn’t taken back until 10:30.
