The heavy rains caused our finished basement to flood. I called Dry Effect and they came by the next day to help with the clean up. We were really concerned about the costs, but Nick understood our situation and worked within our budget. I would definitely call Dry Effect again in the future, and I recommend them for the quality of their work and their professionalism.

I contacted Dry Effect when we had a major water pipe leak in our vacant lake house. The water had run for days and days and there was a lot of damage. I contacted them on a Saturday morning, and a crew was there within a few hours. Throughout the process of assessment, drying out, removal of damaged materials and the insurance claim, everyone was most helpful and I felt they were on my side and always responsive to all my questions since this was my first experience with a homeowners claim. I had a water leak in my finished basement that was leaking inside a closet out of site for a few months and when we found it there was lots of mold. That was a huge concern to me because my wife is extremely allergic to mold. I called several businesses to take care of it. Unfortunately the first few that I called would not come right away.
