We are using Dry Effect to remediate a mold situation in our home. Nick A**** has been so extremely helpful during this stressful time. He has been very gracious with his time to offer advice and suggestions both in person and over the phone (numerous times). I am so thankful for his patience and willingness to answer my many questions. Nick has been great and Dry Effect seems very committed to providing excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company.
We were very pleased with the work Dry Effect did in our home in Cincinnati in Feb. 2019. A crew, led by Dave D., responded to our call for help for water in the basement within a couple of hours. Dave was very helpful in explaining options, work to be done and his crew always came when they said they would. Much work was done removing waterlogged carpet and padding, removing standing water over a period of days, and providing industrial dehumidifiers and large drying fans. DryEffect did a great job, they turned up when they said they would, were very efficient in assessing the right course of action and executing. Cody (the technician who arrived) was excellent, he when the extra mile to make sure everything was right. Would highly recommend DryEffect.
Cody was very nice, friendly technician and ran me through all that he was going to do and after he would tell me he would make sure it made since. That was great. He reassured me that the carpet and cabinets would dry. Each time he was here he came right on time. I would recommend Dry Effect to all of my friends. I thanked Cody for his services.

This company was WONDERFUL. WE had an upper floor bathroom leak into our lower flour - what a MESS. They came out immediately, were professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. What could have been such a nightmare for us, turned into a minor inconvenience. We really appreciated Dave Dawkins and his crew. Really great company - really great experience!

Cody came out and has done a great job with our flooded basement. With their quick response we do not have to replace carpet or anything in the walls. Very professional!
