During a busy time of year and over a recent holiday weekend, the DryEffect team (Nick, Michele, Tom, Bobbie Jo, Lisa, etc) did an outstanding job – from the front office scheduling, to the professionals completing the work and finally following up after the work was complete. Throughout the entire process everyone was professional and courteous providing A+ service! Highly recommend this company!

Right now, if you are reading this review, you probably have two concerns gnawing at you. First is the degree of your problem and what it will take to address it. The second is if the professional that comes to help you with your first concern is there to help you, or if they are there to take advantage of your situation and concerns and take money for doing things you don't need. Josh from Dry Effect came out to give us a second opinion on a potential mold problem. He was honest and upfront about the issue and told how we could handle this ourselves. This saved us from going with another company that wanted to do a full remediation for a small issue. Josh thank you for your time and advice it really helped put our mind at ease!

Todd and Anthony completed our basement restoration project today and were exceptional in terms of the quality of their work and their friendly attitude. It is really nice to allow people into ones home when the people are gracious and courteous. Isaiah started this job and was hard working and very courteous. Thanks DryEffect for a job well done.

As a Property Manager, I have never been so impressed with a company to remediate a mold situation. From Nick, who does the inspections to Michelle in the office and Bobbi Jo! The entire staff are great to work with. The techs take pride in their work, and do it correctly the first time. I recommend them 150%

Just had Josh M******* out from Dry Effect and could not be more impressed! He was extremely professional, helpful, and reassuring. He, along with Chad and Russ from *****Plumbing, have made this disaster of a water leak about as pleasant as something like this could be. I love supporting local businesses and was impressed when the owner came out late Friday night to help me. I would definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family.

We are using Dry Effect to remediate a mold situation in our home. Nick A**** has been so extremely helpful during this stressful time. He has been very gracious with his time to offer advice and suggestions both in person and over the phone (numerous times). I am so thankful for his patience and willingness to answer my many questions. Nick has been great and Dry Effect seems very committed to providing excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company.

We were very pleased with the work Dry Effect did in our home in Cincinnati in Feb. 2019. A crew, led by Dave D., responded to our call for help for water in the basement within a couple of hours. Dave was very helpful in explaining options, work to be done and his crew always came when they said they would. Much work was done removing waterlogged carpet and padding, removing standing water over a period of days, and providing industrial dehumidifiers and large drying fans.
