Each and every time, they rushed to my house, dried it out after a variety of water leaks, then repaired everything perfectly. So kind and very professional. They worked with my insurance seamlessly. **** was absolutely amazing! I called at 5pm on a Friday and the tech arrived at 8pm! The poor guy wasn't home an hour when they called him out to our house. He drove 45 minutes to the office then an hour to our house to make sure our home is safe for us, our baby and our doggos. I hope I don't need them again, but if I do, I know who I'm calling!

We were very pleased with our service from Dry Effect. Our carpet which was less than a week old received water damage from a leaking pipe. Todd responded promptly and professionally to assess the damage and provide us with a solution. He was very receptive to our concerns with the handling of the new carpet as well as some of our wood floor which also received water damage. DAVE was the best help throughout this crazy water issue we had. He made the situation so much easier to deal with and even less stressful with his kind personality, respectfulness and awesome level of service!
