I will never stay at one again it was good hotel there billing sucks they over charged me so much. It come out my account they put back in my account and keep taken in and out. On Wed they said it was paid in full theu comp all 3nights on Thurs night they took 117.73 out of my account so I called on Fri they going to put it back in my account on Sat moring they took another 235.51 out of my account and still fitting over it.
Had a great stay. Very good service when we arrived after midnight.
Very unprofessional Management. Will never stay there again. Very obnoxious and don't know how to be people friendly. I am going to contact the franchise about the way my group was treated. After all we had thirty-five people staying at this complex and a lot were very upset over the management. There are other hotels in the area that would rather have our company business. Our group will not be back next year.
Our family loves Drury Inn. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are always nice and clean. Kick back is great 👍 Caleb was great last night while we was there.
We loved our Suite, the extra amenities that come with your room save you money! The complimentary free breakfast is a full breakfast bar, & the evening Kick back is great for dinner, the food was great, plus free fountain drinks & popcorn all evening! I spent less money on our trip due to those perks! Our overall stay was great , we will be back !
They have very sweet kind staff. Go out of their way to provide a nice breakfast and dinner. Rooms are kept very clean and they do their very best to get what ever you need. Thank you Drury for making our vacation nice.
