I love this hotel it accommodated me and my dog. It was clean, didn't have that cheap fabuloso smell. Hot tub, indoor/outdoor pools very nice. Surrounded by great eating spots.
We will definitely be back! There was a small issue in the floor in our room that we made them aware of so they wouldn’t think we did it, and they refunded us our complete cost. We were impressed. That is definitely how you run a business if you want people to keep coming back. Also, it was very clean and all the staff were all so friendly!
The suites are tiny---about the size of a normal hotel room. I tried to get them to move us to a bigger room. We arrived on a Thursday--non-Holiday, they told me nothing else was available. Since I was traveling with students under the age of 18, I didn't have the option of getting an extra room or going somewhere else (because of permission slips). Save your money.
I have to admit that Drury Inn so has never disappointed me. They pay attention to details and it's these details make all the difference. For instance, my room was on the fourth floor above the lobby but my vehicle was parked near the back. Imagine my surprise when I found the elevator at the rear entrance that whisked me effortlessly to 4th floor. Bulk liquid soap, shampoo & conditioner in shower was a great amenity. We had an amazing stay great quality hotel service was wonderful very clean & well maintained the food was outstanding i would definitely stay there again & highly recommend other people to as well!!!
The entire staff was ah-mazing.. The room was clean and appealing.. The food was great.. always love staying with Drury Hotels!!
