would not recommend at all. supposedly they are issuing refunds in a case by case basis but will only issue a standard response when you ask for one with very valid health reasons. would not recommend and will not be staying there ever because of this issue

RecommendedBeautiful old building on the river walk. Best complimentary breakfast we had ever had, evening social time with complimentary drinks and snacks that you could make a meal out of. Clean rooms. Will definitely go back
I stay here 2-3 times per month for work. My room is always clean and well maintained. The staff is EXCEPTIONALLY friendly and everyone goes out of their way to take care is their guests.
