Has this veterinarian ever misdiagnosed your pet? No, I have complete faith in their care. Did this animal hospital use current and safe equipment? Yes Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

This vet's office is extremely rude and unhelpful on the phone. I called with a very simple request, and was treated coldly. I will not be bringing my pet here again. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They try to keep the restrooms stocked... read more

i am so disappointed in this vet. i was referred by a long time customer, and have been a pet owner for 11 year myself. i have never been treated so unprofessionally at any vet prior to this experience. the staff is rude and downright nasty. the receptionist kept telling me how busy they were, but during the hour long wait for my appt, only 2 other customers came in. the phone barely rang, and i overheard the receptionist speaking quite rudely to them as well. do not go here if you want to be treated well. the vet saw my dog... read more

Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature
