Our wonderful Labrador was taken there for acting lethargic and hurting joints. All the symptoms of Lyme disease, but he was not tested. They sent him home with pain meds after checking to make sure his kidneys could "potentially" handle it. His kidneys did not. During his follow up, they told us he had kidney disease/failure and basically it's not forgiving so good luck. They said they couldn't say if the meds caused this, but it is way too ironic to me. Very rude receptionist on the phone ! My horse is very sick poisoned and she can’t come out for 2 weeks! What kind of vet are you ???? Every one recommends this office well I will be sure to spread the word out for you 🙂
RecommendedI called today for a mobile euthanasia for our 16 year old dog. Knowing I was a little distraught they said a vet could show up at around 8-8:30 pm. Brian showed up and could not have been any more personal and respectful. This was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do and he made it a lot easier. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks Dr. Brian.

Our little girl Macie had to be put down in May. She was in hospital for two weeks and Dr. Bryan did everything possible for her. If we didn't call first to check on her he was calling us to update. We called many times and was over everyday . Staff was very good as well. They showed a lot of love and care for Macie and for my daughter when they put her to sleep. They have been taking great care of our dogs/cats for years. Everyone one there is caring and compassionate ... THANK YOU ALL!!!
I would totally recommend coming here. They were so helpful and compassionate with my dog. You do have to wait a bit for to be seen, but they get so busy. Dr. Brian is absolutely amazing and caring. We had to put our beloved pet to rest, him and the staff were wonderful. Thanks Drummonds for all your support.
They don’t care how sick your dog is. If you can’t have them there within their short time span then they won’t see them. Acted totally uncaring and unsympathetic.
We had been taking our dog to Drummond’s for years, every experience taking her was great. More recently we had to put our baby down and the staff was so kind and caring. They made a little plate with her footprints and even sent us a card afterward. I would recommend anyone to take their fur babies here because they do really care about them!
