The staff did not communicate with my messages to the doctor the day of my ER. The doctor then didn't know they were to come to my farm sooner then later, then when I was contacted we scheduled a time and they showed up 2 hours early with out the staff contacting me to inform me of this. It has been two months and I have yet to hear back from the doctor. I did receive pathology from the state in the mail and that is the only commincation I have to tell me what was wrong with my pet. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. We brought in our kitten for vaccinations, but were unable to get them due to a virus. She was put on antibiotic, and worm meds. We are headed back soon for her vaccinations.
