Was the waiting area spacious? No, it was rather cramped Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said Was this animal hospital's staff friendly? Not Really Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick? Yes, their compassion was greatly appreciated.

My friend referred me to this vet office a while back because I was no longer able to afford the regular high prices of most vets due to the loss pf my job. They have been wonderful in treating all of my animals and eventhough I am working again, I will continue to take my pets there because of the wonderful care they have recieved They are very gentle, answer your questions, and spend time examining them. Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Was the waiting area spacious? Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Was this veterinarian gentle when caring for your pet? Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Does this provider offer flexible appointment times?
