The wait is long and the staff is very unfriendly....No one greets you with a smile.. The staff didn't explain the exam...Upscale doesn't have to be snooty...
The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because sometimes there is a long wait (not all the times). However, Dr. Desai is amazing! She is very caring and listens to any concerns. Love her! The staff is great too! I've never had a complaint about my glasses made there. Great place!
Any place that helps moms is AWESOME!
Terrible terrible service I've gotten two pair of glasses they're ready and have never been able to wear either of them
