Dr. Heston and his assistant, Jessica, have been absolutely wonderful to me. They take the time to answer my questions, provide reassurance, and offer encouragement throughout my eye surgery. Being able to see the colour white again, a true, pure white, feels like someone has washed the windows of my eyes. It is an incredible experienience. It really is a WoW! Five stars are simply not enough to express my appreciation for their exceptional care, expertise, and compassion.
Very pleased with Dr. Duimering. A situation arose where my normal eyeball pressure medication experienced an industry shortage. Dr. Duimering recommended an alternative. But instead of leaving it with the office staff, she called personally to assure that the alternative would be fine, and offered tips regarding the minor differences in product. Very positive experience.
Very positive experience. I saw someone within minutes of my appointed time. Everyone was very professional. It is rare to find an eye clinic that just provides health care for you eyes and is not a store front for glasses, supplements, expensive treatments and unrelated add-ons like age spot removal.
Why schedule appointments for a time that they sure as hell know they’re never gonna make. And why do they keep doing that. How hard is it to follow a schedule. Dont make one if you can’t
