I have been coming here for almost 20 years, now my kids are patients as well. I will never go anywhere else. Dr. Chaing and Dr.Chao are the most pleasant, patient, empathetic and thorough doctors I've ever met. I live pretty far away from their office and probably pass 50 optometrists but i don't care, nobody compares.
I have to add an update. It's now, December 2024, and still, Dr Connie Chiang is the best optometrist I recommend in Hollywood for eye exams, lasik surgery, and reading lenses. She is very attentive and patient. And even when I call a year after my last optometry visit, she remembers me, patiently takes notes, and her ptogessional staff call back with my information promptly.
