Bad prescription and terrible service I had a very bad experience with Campbell Cunningham & Taylor. I’ll just hit the highlights to keep this brief. All I needed was a routine exam and prescription for my contacts (which I have worn for years). The prescription I was given was wrong. So wrong in fact, that after wearing the new contacts for one day, I had vertigo-like symptoms for over a week (very dizzy and nauseous). There was no available parking. Ok right a good sign. Dr Campbell's receptionist was busy assisting two patients for about 15 mins. She was very professional with them. To the right of her the other receptionist had her cell phone out sharing pictures with one another employee and doing this the whole time. A nurse came out I explained how hard this one receptionist was working while the other two were on there cell phones. She said they all have there own jobs to do. I just had PRK surgery recently there. Everything went smooth and easy from check in to check out. 20/15 vision! Couldn't be happier. Recommended these folks. Dr. Cunningham did my surgery.
I went for a routine eye exam and waited over one hour to see the doctor. I didnt mind waiting..things happen and you get behind. I did mind the fact that the doctor took cery little time with me. I felt rushed and was overwhelmed at all the medical terms he spoutedoff to his nurse. It was a ten minute visit that left me confused and angry. I will never go back ..not that they care it seems.
I have a hard time believing these reviews...they seem suspicious to say the least! I have been a patient of CCT&H for 14 years, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this practice! I,along with my husband and my daughter, have undergone surgery with two of the doctors in this practice, and we all had great results. We took mom here for surgery on her eyelids last year. They were so unprofessional! Staff was never friendly and the doctor had horrible bedside manner!!
