Appointment time was 8:45. I was there before that time. After sitting in the waiting room 30 minutes, I confirmed my appointment was supposed to have been 8:45 then left at 9:15. No explanation was given for the delay. If they don’t respect the time of their customers, I don’t want to do business with them.
Called to get a Practice Id to log into the patient portal online and after 30 mins the girl on the phone said I can not help you with this.

Dr. Kibler gave me the most accurate eye exam I've had in a decade. The prior two doctors I went to at another practice couldn't get my prescription right. I was stuck trying to find a better option, and now I've found it. Tabitha the optician also gave great service and I now have better vision as a result of the work done here.
