I started off as one of those picky car shoppers who found 4 different cars on different lots. Zack Ellis the salesman didnt hesitate trying to get me the vehicles deliver while also showing me another cheaper better car that I ended up buying. They had great customer service and weren't pushy at all. I definitely recommend going here.
Salesman was nice enough. But the car was far from what anyone would have expected. Paid 5800 for 130k mile NIssan Altima with a 2.5 Seemed like a good deal. 400 miles later it was misfiring and stopped running. Took it to mechanic and poured almost two thousand in to repairs. Took the repair back to Hubler just because I wanted them to know. Salesman was very sorry and seemed sincere. Unprofessional! Rude! Price bait and switch and salesman Skylar or Sky something cusses at potential clients and cannot handle pressure he says. They also refuse to discard your personal information upon request. Management allows and condones and are no better! Do not recommend ever!

Called Ben Monday afternoon around 2 pm looking for MKX he sent someone to Shelbyville to bring one over for us to look at. I drove it home by 6 pm. Went back Tuesday morning and signed paperwork. Driver Hubler is our new dealership. Nicest people I've ever met in the car business.
