I bought a truck from them roughly a month ago. When I originally inquired about the truck, I was only able to view it online because the truck was at a different location. My sales associate, Grant was very helpful in making arrangements to get the truck to their location. When the truck was picked up it was pouring rain, so obviously was difficult to pick out any body damage, etc.. the truck looked like it was in overall good condition. We bought a 50k Ford Raptor that they claimed was on the showroom floor for a while but not while we were there. I took it to Roach Automotive across the street on the test drive and he told me it had an oil leak and showed me where and we took photos to show them. They said they couldn’t believe it. Couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience! The staff was incredibly friendly from start to finish. I bought a car that still had to go through there inspection process and get detailed and things. They let me take it home that night and scheduled me in for another day to have everything done. I brought the car in on my scheduled day, but unfortunately they had a transformer blow so they we not able to get everything completed as fast as they thought.
