I just feel cheated and i will never in my like make this mistake again.
This is should your first and last stop honestly . Before I came to drive time I had the worst experiences in buying a car I honestly car shopped for 2 months . As soon as I walked in Colt greeted me a warm welcome which was really nice . He got my information down told me what I qualified for and Boom there it was . I asked a million and one questions. It wasnt that i didnt get a car that i wanted cuz i really could have settled for something comparable, it was Michelle's attitude that put me off. She didnt seem to care ine way or the other about my presence. Perhaps another agent would have been more graceful and patient. I could have gotten a car that day (which was yesterday). I did not disclose that i was ready to buy because in my experience once you do that they treat you like royalty.
