I want to thank Ms.Tameka Rochester for an excellent experience on buying my daughter her first vehicle. She was awesome very knowledgeable in helping us in the purchase of the car. And also want to thank the manager Mr. Matt Reed he was also great . Great job thank you.
I just feel cheated and i will never in my like make this mistake again.
It wasnt that i didnt get a car that i wanted cuz i really could have settled for something comparable, it was Michelle's attitude that put me off. She didnt seem to care ine way or the other about my presence. Perhaps another agent would have been more graceful and patient. I could have gotten a car that day (which was yesterday). I did not disclose that i was ready to buy because in my experience once you do that they treat you like royalty.
