If I could give zero stars I would! Drive time was helpful with me getting my 2011 Tiguan but when it came to the repairs they weren’t so helpful. 6 days after having the car it started to break down. In a period of 9 months it went to the shop 11 times and needed a 12th visit. Drivetime refused to put me in another vehicle yet they sure didn’t mind hounding me for payments even when my car was broke down in my drive way! The gap insurance is a joke with them so good luck using it. Just returned the vehicle and they advised ... read more
