lied about mileage was even ready for test drive *head light out turn signal didn't work and brake light * they said everything works and drive great. service light on leaking oil or transmission
I bought a car from here 2 days ago took it for a test drive checked everything and it all looked great except that it had low oil in the car. I’m from Michigan so on my way home from Indiana with this used car the transmission blows up after an hour and a half of driving it. This all happened on Sunday so we go there today to get our money back because they sold us a bad car and threatened to call the cops on us for slamming their door of all things. I love my new car! I was treated very fair and got a good deal. They came though when others failed.
I went into the Anderson location for 3 days in a row. Was going to do a trade in with cash. On the 2nd day was told it could be Financed no problem. Stacey was great,but it seems like nobody in that place knew what was what. Even with me having uneasy feeling about going through them i still was going to give them my money and business. On the 3rd day i ended up with down payment plus a thousand more to put towards the Durango. Walked in to see all new faces with even worse knowledge about the company.
