This guy was extremely rude over the phone. Seemed bothered to have to let us drive the car because he was only person on shift at 5:00pm. Was better in person but zero customer service. Would never recommend.

We refused to discount the car from our already low "Great Deal" price (lower than any other equivalent car in Texas), he didn't like that. We were not pushy, we just said no.
