Dealer responded quickly, but the vehicle did not have the options I was looking for.

Said car was available but when I got there he never met me at the scheduled time. I walked the lot twice and never saw the car. I ended up leaving cause he never showed. then he called and said he just sold car but he had a VW. I told him the car was sold when he scheduled to meet me he just wanted me to go to his lot to see if I saw something else I liked. That is not the way to get customers to come by to see his cars I was not interested in anything else he had and would not be coming by.
They were kind and understanding of my situation.

Didn’t end up buying, but looked and test drove. Very laid back and comfortable. They even dropped the price a little after I had asked and they said they were “no-haggle”, but still too high for me. If it had been a better deal, I would’ve gladly bought but I understand they have to make money too
Salesman was very professional
Very responsive and polite via phone. We did not get to meet in person as we chose to go with a different model.
