The front desk staff act like they're incompetent to the daily operations of the facilities. When issues arise no one has a clue on how to accommodate repeat paying customers. After 7 years of patronizing they've lost a loyal customer.
It was a great stay I really enjoyed it great family place nice pools rooms and view enjoyed the movie night outside with popcorn
Come here every year. My parents started a tradition here over 30 years ago. Now I get to make the tradition with my children! Love the Driftwood Lodge & hope to have MANY more years of memories here! (ARKANSAS)
