Okay apartments I lived at these apts almost three years. I never really had a problem b/c I mostly kept to myself. These apts def are not luxury apts but they will do if you are truly on a budget. The biggest thing I hated was they didn't have a dishwasher!! It is a basic apt and really small. But like I said if that is all you need then they are fine.
