New roof Deluca provided excellent, pressure-free customer service. I received quotes from 3 companies, and Deluca was the only company who answered all of my questions. They were also the only company who physically went up on the roof. Their price was fair and I wasn’t charged any additional fees. Their contract was comprehensive and easy to understand. I highly recommend them!

New roof Remarkably quick service. High quality work. Professional and responsive. They aren’t the cheapest but you get what you pay for. If you want quality then I’d recommend them. Did a great job installing skylights for us as well

Re-roofing Having replaced the singles twice before with my son, I was well equipped to evaluate the different products and the methods necessary to result in a top quality job. The BP roofing system applied by the experienced team (lead by Brandon) was the result I was looking for. I also required a skylight to be replaced. DeLuca personnel are trained and certified by Velux Skylights to install using their guaranteed leak proof system. Great experience just fixed the issue when doing a quote We had a small leak after a very hard rain. I asked for some quotes but we were away for a short trip. The Deluca person had called for us - before I could call him back he was in the area and stopped in. I showed him the area and he went up to look - commented that the shingles were still good and it was likely just a quick flashing fix - which he then took a few minutes to fix - at no charge. Replacement of roof The 36 detached homes in our Starward Homes development range from 5 to 8 years old. Due to the poor quality of Starward's work most homeowners suffered extensive wind damage and have now been forced to replace their roofs.
