Roof Deluca replaced our entire roof 14 years ago. Great job, professional from start to finish. Early this week small leak started. I contacted their office and was greeted warmly, explained the problem and was offered a service call with a possible charge of 125.00 dollars. I booked the appointment. Two men arrived today ( 1/2 hour early) and following a discussion about where the leak appeared and where it might originate, the men went on the roof. Roofing on house Roof done in the Fall of 2004 by your company. Bought shingles that were suggested by your sales person. Manufacturer of shingles now involved in a class action lawsuit for being defective. Roofing companies made aware of situation with shingles much earlier. No effort made to contact clients who purchased product. No compensation i.e. labour offered for repairs now needed

Please understand that when we purchased the product from our distributor, we believed it to be of very high quality and one that could be relied on. Issues such as these are not limited to a single shingle manufacturer. Repair Shingles After the high winds took some shingles off Deluca Roofing's team came immediately to repair the roof before the next rain. Shannon and his team did excellent work and were even apologetic for not being there sooner. There is so much work to be done after the May 4th storm, I was very surprised they were able to come so soon. Thanks for the great workmanship!!

Roof replacement Quote was prompt, complete & competitive Workers were organized, polite & respectful. Safety was an obvious priority - ladders were firmly secured, and workers wore harnesses & were tied off Site was kept clean Roof looks good! Would recommend

Shingled roof Job was done with poor quality of shingles have to redone after 12 years. Bad customer service promised to help never returned calls and didn't come back to address issue

Our apologies to this homeowner. In late Fall 2016 DeLuca offered assistance with a manufacturers warranty claim. Unfortunately we were unable to follow through - Reduced winter hours, combined with the extremely heavy winds and rains through the Spring months causing an extreme influx of calls for service to repair homes at risk for water infiltration, we were unable to deliver on our promise. Roof Leak Last year we had a water leak in our Kitchen and called Deluca who installed our roof back in 2007. Doug L came out that day and thought that the problem was around the stacks. Unfortunately it was not. After several attempts the problem was found. A piece of the wooden roof deck had broken off right where the seams for the water shield and the seams for the roof tiles were (a perfect storm). This problem was very frustrating for both Doug and us but he was always very friendly and professional.
