roofing We have a pyramid roof and were worried that that the workmanship wouldn't meet the challenge of incorprating a sunroof... No problem with this comopany, they did a wonderful job and relatively fast. We would definitely recommend them to our neighbors and friends

Entire roof fixed Time replace to the roof, there was no leak but it needed to be replace. Our neighbours had theirs done and recommended DeLuca. They were on time, stayed within estimate, good clean up, finished on time as well. I'm proud of my new roof.
Roofing As I log on to complain and I see a complaint with a Review Title of "Roofing with this company is a big mistake" and I completely agree with this guy. You pay a premium for their service and warranty and they are the nicest guys up until you have a problem and then you discover that Deluca Roofing Inc. in Burlington will not honour their warranty or workmanship. Initially it should be stated that DeLuca Roofing Inc. currently has tens of thousands of residential properties under it's warranty umbrella. To assert that our company does not honour it's warranties or provide quality after sales service is simply not true. Roof DeLuca Roofing did our roof and we were very pleased with their work. They were friendly and did the work in a timely manner. They were easy to work with and left no mess behind. Employees had great experience and the price met our financial need!
Roofing My father got his roof done in 2009 with new shingles. This year the roof has started to leak. The company has a 10 warranty on there labour. A guy named Chris came out took pictures of the roof and said there is a major problem. I call the company to see if decision has been made still three weeks later nothing has been done. The secretary keeps telling me the owner hasn't seen the pictures. What a joke and nice customer service. They'll take your money, but they have a hard time to honour there warranty. Please see the response posted to "Sport" - The issues causing leaks were very similar in each of these scenarios. Since the roof was the last major renovation done in each of these homes before the water was detected, it was DeLuca Roofing that was contacted and blamed for the problem. DeLuca Roofing arranged for a service call by the HVAC trade to assist the homeowners with having the problems with the mechanical system in the home resolved. Installed a new roof They stripped our old roof and replaced it with a new roof and they did a flat roof with a rubber membrane as well. No water inside since! They did a fantastic job cleaning up inside and out. A little more expensive, but it was worth it. Extremely satisfied, we'd use them again in a minute!
Roof Shingles They replaced my old shingles with 40 year new shingles. They did an excellent job, especially with their daily and over-all cleaning after they finished. Very professional job, we would highly recommend their service!
Complete Reshingle Original Roof needed to be replaced. Selected Deluca from four bids. We were impressed by the thorough inspection followed by written estimate. This was not the lowest bid. (in fact it was second highest) but it won out when all considerations were done. The company was on site by noon with two roofing teams and gone by supper.
