New roof Superb work all round. Professional from the get go, including Joe’s estimate—most thorough, identifying problem areas that we were not aware of. Andrew and his team installed the roof, paying attention to detail, and making sure to clean up at the end of each day, and again when the job was completed. Even our neighbours remarked that it was a pleasure watching the good job they were doing. A new roof is a big investment, so a big thank you to the DeLuca team for a job well done!

Roof job Our salesman, Harley, was patient and knowledgeable and always made himself available for any questions. The job itself did have some hiccups, especially in the communications area between the contract foreman and us due to a multitude of issues, including COVid. Roofing Shingle Replacement We had our roof replaced in early November (during that warm spell) and are more than satisfied with the results. From the estimate Joe provided based on a very thorough roof inspection...to the work completed by Pat and his crew--it was all professional and delivered exactly as promised. Foreman Mike followed up with an inspection and was willing to answer any questions. I would highly recommend Deluca Roofing Inc. for a roofing job!

Roof Repair/Remote Blower Needed to replace a remote kitchen blower on the roof and repair the area around the old blower, including sheathing, membrane and shingles as well as seal around the new blower unit once installed. Kirk did an excellent job and really takes pride in his work. We would recommend them for any and all roof work.

New roof DeLuca was excellent from start to finish. They were always professional and I was very pleased with how careful they were to clean several times through the day. There was never any debris left at the end of each day or at the end of the job. Work started as planned and progressed consistently. The house is a duplex and they worked well with both families. New Roof Joe was on time and had a detailed presentation of products and quote, he measured everything and told me what it needed. Very professional and nice guy. John called and sent his crew and I was told 2 day project because of hot weather and 3 layers to be stripped off. Well they stripped it and added new plywood to the entire roof, water and ice shield and under layment as well as vents, drip edge and last but not least shingles. Fascia, Soffit & Eavestrough, Replaced all soffit, fascia and eavestrough due to rotting. I truly appreciate the professionalism by DeLuca but also Wayne and Kirk who arrived earlier every morning to get the job done. They are keen and safety and take pride in the quality of their work. New Roof Joe is a wonderful salesman. He really knows his business, was happy to share information, and was very thorough, inspecting the roof himself and taking photos. The crew, led by Andrew, was here within 3 weeks and worked straight through the day installing new shingles, a solar tunnel, extra vents and bathroom exhaust vents. Very tidy and very careful not to cause damage to prized trees that overhang our driveway when bringing in the dumpster and crane to lift materials to the top of our 3-storey house. Flat roof problem area Fantastic job from Wayne at DeLuca. We had an unusual situation and Wayne was able to diagnose it and come up with a solution. He was extremely professional and courteous. He kept us informed at all times and did the work quickly and efficiently and on time. I would gladly recommend Wayne to anyone who has a problem area that needs a creative solution.
