After seeing several DFW neurologists for our son's "idiopathic seizure disorder", we found Dr. Thodeson. His knowledge, expertise and caring cannot be compared. He offered us hope for the first time in 15 years. He has much to offer the medical world.
I was thrilled to schedule an appointment with Dr Drew Thodeson after long time trying to schedule with him personally and they informed me he left children’s and that break my heart!! Dr Thodeson is rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. He made a quick judgement about my son and his treatment without any regards to his past medical records or our current concerns. Dr. Thodeson is a Dictator of Medicine rather than a health care professional who considers the best course of treatment for his patients. He definitely doesn’t need to be working with families who have children with special needs. I would never recommend Dr. Thodeson to anyone.
Dr. Thodeson has been seeing my son Brad for, 4 years for his seizures. He is always patient and explains everything for us. He never acts rushed to get us out. We come every 6 months and each time we're greeted as if he seen us the week before. He remembers us and remembers Brad's issues from the entire last 4 years. We absolutely think he is the most amazing Dr ever. I could never say enough about Dr. Thodeson and would highly recommend him.
My son sees Dr. Thodeson for his epilepsy. He is such an awesome doctor!!! Makes sure my son understands and will explain to him in a way until he gets it.
