TERRIBLE OWNER!!!!! If you ever have the slightest complaint or concern she will belittle you and assure you she dosen't need your money as she did to my wife and myself that is after she already has your money.Buyer BEWARE Just do a little research on Dream Makers!!!!

Not BBB accredited just Google them. Rachelle the owner is absolutely terrible woman to deal with. I have a TBI from war and my wife is blind we had an issue with the cleaner and called Rachelle in an attempt to rectify the problem as the cleaner left trash on my counter and did not clean the ceiling fans as instructed by my wife. Rachelle acted as though we were beneath her and blamed us for the cleaner not cleaning ceiling fans as instructed and leaving trash on the counter. NOT BBB accredited and if you have even the slightest issue with the way a cleaner cleans and you have to call Rachelle the owner she will act as though you are beneath her and your complaint regardless, is unfounded. My wife is blind and I have a traumatic brain injury from war. My wife and I hired this cleaning service the cleaner complained to my wife and I that her partial unemployment was not going through acting as though money was tight, which we sympathized with. Not BBB accredited, just look at the BBB site and the owner Rachelle is extreamly rude if you ever have even the slighest complaint. Just a terrible person to have to deal with. BUYER BEWARE LOOK ELESWARE for your cleaning service.
