The best cupcakes and cakes I have ever tasted and everytime I've been there I have gotten great customer service........ keep doing what you do. Great service, great cakes.
Dreamcakes stands apart from any other bakery in Birmingham. When I called and ordered my cake for my nephew's birthday party, the customer service was outstanding. I don't really know a lot about cake decorating lingo, but she was patient with me, and helped me fulfill my vision for the cake! She even told me that if I wasn't satisfied with the cake when I picked it up, that they would change it so that I would be a satisfied customer. They love their customer's at dreamcakes. And their cake tastes SO good.
Awful cakes..their decorator must be Stevie Wonder. Where is the no star option?
