They were quick to respond and I appreciated that. It was a very hot week and the owner was busy but made the time to come out to my check my A/C filters. A second person came out to do the final work and, possibly due to this, there was confusion over what work had been done and the amount charged. DRB reached out to me to, explained the mistake, and reimbursed me for the small amount overcharged. I'm happy with this resolution.

Phenomenal customer service. I put an online order in at 8:00 or so on a Friday night, got a call within an hour, and he was out the next morning (in a snowstorm). Very friendly, helpful, and honest service.
