I guess if you live in the building but you live in a bought condo you're not allowed to actually LIVE IN the building. you get no access to the only 2 "amenities" they offer. I am subleasing and asked if there was anyway I could get access to the gym for the 6 months id be staying since the landlord never told me I couldn't use the gym and the front desk was of no help. They were extremely rude, and i also heard them talking rudely about me later that day when I was walking out the front door. 10/10 don't recommend.
RecommendedGreat standard of living, comfortable, stylish concrete rooms, overall just a pleasant community to live in. Also, incredible service--my washing machine broke and I requested service to fix it. The technician, Carl, came in almost immediately and had it fixed in twenty minutes. I recommend this place!
We just moved in yesterday. The office managers Scott and Brandon bent over backwards to make it a smooth transition after we had driven down from New England. Kudos and many heartfelt thanks to both of them. I also don’t want to forget Carl who was an incredible help as well. Thank you again guys!
Left me outside of the leasing office waiting in the heat for more than an hour and made no attempts to contact me in any shape or form to let me know that the associate was sick and couldn’t come in. The lady who did come in was of little help and pretty much just blew me off. Not even sure she gave me the correct information. Should things change for the better I will come and edit my review, but till then this is my review.
I love this community! It’s the heart of SAVANNAH for me and my pups. We love to just step outside and be in the heart of it all. The best location and staff! Thanks Carl and Shelby for the improvements and care you exhibit!
Love love LOVE ❤️ ❤️❤️ living here!!! Shelby is the best and takes such great care of things and helps us so much. She is the best and so well-suited for her role at Drayton. It’s been wonderful here since we moved in November and we look forward to living happily here for a long time.
I am wondering how long does it typically take to get the security deposit returned after a rental is finished. Is it A) 30 days, B) 60 days, C) 90 days, D) 120 days or E) 8 months after you go to court with a law suit? I am careful with money and need to plan ahead. Thank you.
I have lived here for 16 months and the experiences the office gave me and my roommates were absolutely the worst in our lives. The management here sucks. They changed at least 3-4 managers a year and everything is a mess. Nothing is ever guaranteed, especially your money. Whenever you are planning to move out, don't ever expect to get a full refund in two months. (good luck to my neighbours) I have two move-out experience here and sadly they were both ridiculously shameless....Continue Reading
Great place to live! So convenient to all of downtown. Very safe - locked entry into the building plus a door man in the evenings. Beautiful views and comfortable living. Elevator, trash chute, dry cleaning. Apts are very nice. A+
