As a representative of Drake Heating & Air, I would like to state the facts in reference to Daniel W review... We installed a new system and completed duct cleaning for Mr. W on 7/19/17. Upon purchasing the system the customer chose the standard 10 year parts and 1 year labor warranty on the system. He declined the extended warranty on the system that covers service calls and repairs 100% unless the problem is due to maintenance issues. Installed new heater and Owner/Salesman SWORE to contact him first if any issues came up that he could answer questions and resolve issues because he values his reputation. As we had always used edenpure heaters before, we just started using our Propane heater. However, when the furnace kicked on, it would always leave a LOUD BANG sound that seemed a bit too excessive for any heater I have ever heard kick on.
