We have used Drake Heating and Air for many years! From the girls in the phone to the service men, everyone is fantastic! Great customer service, nice staff, and knowledgeable about everything!! Have been 20 plus years with Drake Heating and Air. Tom has made most of the service calls on the first furnance and air conditioner and now the second furnance and air conditioner in those years. He is very thorough in checking that every thing is working correctly.

This company answered my call and had someone out here with the hour. I had a live bird stuck in my reducter part of the furnace. The man who came was friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He got the bird out alive and then took a look at the furnace and AC unit to see if any maintenance needed to be done. the price point was good as well. 10/10 would recommend.
