I purchased a new "York" furnace after my twenty (20) year old unit decided to fail on a cold winter night. The turnaround time was only one (1) day. I have been using Drake for several years. Dealing with customer service has always been a prompt, courteous and pleasant experience. Very satisfied with our furnace and air conditioner installation and duct cleaning today! The Drake techs were a pleasure to have around! The first thing they did was to put down tarps over the carpet...all the way from the front door to the furnace area. They were courteous, professional, and patiently answered all our questions.
This company came to review my HVAC system as part of a new construction built by Benanzer Custom Homes. The entire system has been screwed up since the beginning. This company is just as big of a joke as Benanzer. They make a great pair. First of all they came to my house without a shop vac or broom and tracked insulation all over my house from the attic and didn't clean it up. Drake Heating & Air was contracted by Benanzer Custom Homes not by Mr. O****, to make corrections to the existing duct work and zone system in Mr. O****'s home for proper air flow. Another company installed the HVAC system and the duct work at Mr. O****'s home. The rework of the duct work started on 8/27/19 and was completed on 9/27/19. The time frame was spread out due to Mr. O**** would not allow us in the home only on certain days and during certain times.
