Big shoutout to Drain Tech - the only plumbing company I truly trust. Will and Kaden removed my old dishwasher, installed the new one, and even cut and replaced a leaking main waterline pipe that I thought was just water from my sump pump. They were professional, personable, and efficient. When you call for service, you will probably speak with Linda. She is always friendly and helpful. Honest, fair, and top-notch service every time.

Wow, very disappointed in their customer service. I made an appointment and was given a window of 1-3pm. Fine. Took the afternoon off and waited until 2:50pm to call the office and find out if we needed to reschedule. The office person said that she would inquire and call me right back. I waited another hour (it's now 4pm) and called again. Got the answering machine. Never got a call or an apology. That is not how you run a business! Had a plugged drain and the tech that came out, Trey, was so impressive. Professional, detailed, so neat and clean in a messy job, and all with a great attitude. Even listened to my kids stories while he worked! Beyond impressed with him and his service.
