We had an appointment scheduled on Monday at 10:30 am to connect four sinks and drain lines. However, at 10:30, the crew didn’t show up and never called back for any explanation. We waited a little longer and then tried to call the front desk and see what’s going on, and the front desk just told us to keep waiting. At 2:19 pm, we called the front desk again and asked what’s going on.
