Wow, very disappointed in their customer service. I made an appointment and was given a window of 1-3pm. Fine. Took the afternoon off and waited until 2:50pm to call the office and find out if we needed to reschedule. The office person said that she would inquire and call me right back. I waited another hour (it's now 4pm) and called again. Got the answering machine. Never got a call or an apology. That is not how you run a business!
