Blocked kitchen sink We chose this company based on positive reviews and we were very satisfied with the service we received. Michael was courteous, informative, and did a great job fixing our sink. We will definitely be calling him next time we need plumbing repairs!

Chinatown Emergency I called Mike at 8:28 pm and he was straight forward with me, provided me with a Flat-rate. He arrived on time and performed the service at the price quoted!!

Laundry Room Thought it was a DIY project but it needed a professional. Mike from Drain Rooter Plumbing spent 6hrs for a much larger than expected project- i.e. drainage water line, concrete fill, shut off valves and connected it all to the line with no leaks. Also connected the new washing machine, dryer and laundry tub. Mike will definitely get a call in the future as we will need more plumbing services. Sincerely, Chuck

Frozen Pipes Frozen Pipe to upstairs. Tried home based solutions, came on long wknd monday, late at night to help us out and solve the issue. Explained everything very clearly to us and was nice and friendly.

Plumbing The drain from my double kitchen sink blocked, I tried to unblock it but failed. Mike attended the house that same day and used 2 snakes and a video to solve the problem. The issue was that the drain had frozen and Mike had to cut and replace some of the PVC pipe. Also, a toilet cistern was filling exceptionally slowly. Backwater Valve installed Loved the service that DrainRooter provided for my family. We needed a plumber to come and install a backwater valve for us because our drain has backed up three times now and I did not want do through that again. I gave them a call and scheduled an appointment. Victor came in told me what had to be done, what costs were involved and have me an upfront cost. He finished the job the same day. Plumbing- main drain clog My main drain was clogged. Drain Rooter plumbing arrived quickly and fixed the problem very well. The plumber, Mike Dovbenyuk, was fantastic. He was pleasant, quick and did great work.
