Hopelessly Awful Basement Smell For the past several months, our basement has had an increasingly terrible smell. Master Bathroom Plumbing Rough in job + pipe rerouting I contacted DrainRooter Plumbing to receive a quote for a plumbing job I needed done. We were renovating our master bath and looking to change out the Vanity. After tearing out the floor and old vanity I realized the configuration of the drain pipes and water pipes was not going to work. Fixed clogged kitchen drain Discovered that we had a clogged kitchen drain late one Thursday evening. I called Drain Rooter around 10pm and Mike arrived the following morning at 7am, which is I believe is earlier than his normal hours, much appreciated. He snaked the pipe and all seemed ok after testing it with hot running water. The following day we discovered that it wasn't fully resolved but wasn't as bad as it was initially. Clogged main sewer ine We had a clogged sewer line due to previous contractor's bad plumbing of a shower drain. Mike came and scoped the sewer line. Determined a blockage, explained issue and remedy completely with an upfront quote. Completed work in time frame and cost quoted. Mike and his team were very professional and I would call them again for any plumbing needs.

Late night leak The dishwasher feed sprung a leak during a DYI installation of a new dishwasher. An elbow joint solder gave way below the base floor. I had to shut off the water to the entire house to stop the leak from doing further damage to the garage. Unable to find the time necessary to do it myself (and restore water service to my house), I scrambled for a plumber. I called at 10pm and somebody answered the phone! Fast, quality work Mike D was very knowledgeable and professional. He needed to pick up a replacement toilet for us, said he'd be an hour but was back in 45 minutes. He explained everything he was doing and seemed really trustworthy. His service surpassed our expectations - we'd hire him again but he did such a good job I doubt we'll be needing a plumber for a while! (Our landlady paid for the service so not sure how much it cost)

New kitchen sink attachments Mike from the Ukraine was amazing!! He aslo reinstalled dishwasher properly. Whole new ptrap system. Snaked clogged drain 25ft into wall. Left us very satisfied. Would recommend anytime. Very happy.

Fixed A Slow Leak In Toilet. Saved $$$ We recently noticed a very expensive water bill and called Mike at DrainRooter Plumbing to discuss our concerns. After a diagnostics of the property it was discovered that a toilet was leaking. DrainRooter Plumbing installed a new fill valve and fixed the problem. Quick and dependably workmanship. Thank you.

Finally done right and quick to react Mike was fantastic and saved us a huge headache when something went wrong. Leaky shower and faucet, Mike correctly identified that the original installer had put the cartridge in backward. While cutting out a component, a pipe valve failed and started spraying water (not his fault, we're in an old building). Mike got the situation under control quickly.
