Clogged sewer drain I called after my plumber could not clear it with a regular snake. Called at 11 AM and they gave a window of 1-2 PM. They confirmed when on their way (was just a bit late). Mike was professional and used their larger/longer snake with camera. Blockage was cleared and drain pipe to sewer was inspected for cracks/roots. He explained the process throughout as I watched the video monitor. He advised on what to do should it happened again given the age of the home.

Clogged clay pipes in basement I had been having my basement drain snaked every year, and for the first time I called Drain Rooter. They were able to get out to my place and assess the scope of the problem right away, and completed the job 2 days later. Mike was excellent at explaining what the issue was (the pipe was completely clogged with tree roots, which he showed me!) and showed me how they corrected it before they filled it in. Excellent Work! I had a serious problem with the washing machine in our condo because it was giving rise to leaks under the kitchen sink where the water lines were. I thought the cause of the problem was simply output hose from the washing machine. Toilet flow This is Mike's second visit to our home, the first was to fix an urgent broken shower. This time was to solve our terribly slow toilet, and a problematic kitchen faucet. He dealt with both: quickly, thoughtfully, and with precision. We're so impressed with his work that he's soon to be installing a backflow valve for us. Replaced bathroom sink shut-off valves to replace the valve and the old water supply hose as well. I told The cold water shut-off valve underneath our bathroom sink was leaking and soon the leak became more serious, so it was time to get it replaced. This happened on a Friday evening. Clogged Drain My main drain was clogged, and it flood my basement. I called DrainRooter Plumbing, they were at my door in 30 minutes. Ryan was nice and explained the situation. He worked hard and unclogged my basement. While he was doing the snake, I saw everything on the camera and he told me what the problem was, which was overgrown roots that clogged the pipes.
