This yoga studio is so much more than yoga. You feel welcome the moment you walk in the door and will look forward to coming back every time. I am so thankful I found Dragonfly for the yoga and the community that it has created. You will be so happy you tried (plus they have such a variety of classes just check out there app).:-)
Amazing husband & wife team!! They are both so kind, talented & compassionate yogis! Truly enjoyed the guided meditation & Ayurvedic workshop they hosted. Beautiful memory I will have in my � forever. There studio is a healing space..when you walk in the door you feel the positive energy flowing.
Mike and Annette have a beautiful studio. They are warm, welcoming and have a great vibe. I met these two lovely souls on a yoga retreat. I enjoyed playing in their new aerial yoga hammocks, making music on the singing bowls, learning more about Ashtanga Yoga and ayurvedic eating to a beautiful meditation by Mike. Wished I could have stayed longer and taken a class in studio with Annette. I know I'd love her book reading centering from the Yama & Niyamas & Journey to the Heart.
What a wonderful studio & space Dragonfly is!! Upon entry, you can just feel the energy! Loved practicing w Annette & her students. Mike's guided meditation was such a spiritual experience as well! So grateful to have met these wonderful people who enriched my mind, body & spirit! �����
Beautiful, calm space with caring and experienced teachers. Ayurvedic herbs, oils and products- yay!
Annette is extremely knowledgeable, what ever she doesn't know she works hard to learn and research. Her Ayurvedic consultations are thorough and she encouraging, will definitely come back and recommend to others!
