RecommendedI have taken two different classes this week with different instructors. Both classes were great and the instructors were very clear in their directions and helpful to this newbie! I am going to make classes here a regular part of my week!
Michael was amazing! He made the experience of "yin" so peaceful, relaxed and understandable. He encouraged our class to be your best self, and that was my favorite! I'll always go to Yin yoga now!
I love Dragonfly Yoga! Everyone there is so friendly & the studio is a nice, soothing environment. The instructors are so nice and helpful, and offer many ways to modify your poses. So happy I found this place!
As a visitor to Venice I was looking for a zen landing space to continue my practice and Dragonfly has not disappointed. With their beautiful studio and amazing teachers. I’m very impressed not only with their classes but also with their mats, props, and rate options. So in love with this place!! Did I mention.. it’s amazing!! participated in my 1st ashtanga class led by Annette-what a kind, supportive and instructive teacher!! Wonderful atmosphere-will be back to try other classes!!
I moved to Venice from Atlanta a few months ago and walking into this studio I felt at home and welcomed. The biggest challenge is deciding which class to attend and not neglecting my family. The son meditation class is both active and relaxing with the flow of scripture and meditation of Christ's love and healing. The Aerial class is good at building strength and having fun!
Lovely studio & great class with Mary today! Friendly, welcoming, & just lovely! I'll be back!
