Yoga for Athletes was great and just what I needed!
This is an amazing studio. I got an unlimited pass for 30 days and I have been every day for the last 2 weeks! There are classes of all levels from ashtanga to chair, yoga Nidra and restorative. The teachers are excellent! They are skilled and can suggest adaptations if necessary. I will definitely renew my membership.

I am so happy that I found this wonderful yoga studio! Everyone has been has been so kind and welcoming and all of the instructors give individual guidance if you need it. After coming here regularly, I have found that my frequent back pain has diminished and I just feel better overall.
Dragonfly is the best yoga studio I've been to! They have a great variety of classes for all levels and interests, and the instructors and owners are so knowledgeable and personable!
Dragonfly hosted my teacher training group this past week. Annette gave wonderfully informative classes on Ayurveda and yoga for back health. Mike introduced us to a temperament assessment and we also made beautiful mala necklaces with visiting yogi, Allison. This studio is so warm, welcoming and peaceful.
